Subscription Plans
StripBright offers the following recurring subscription options: Every Month, Every 2 Months, and Every 3 Months.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account at stripbright.com and managing your subscription under My Subscriptions, or
- Contacting our support team at help@stripbright.com
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next order, cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests received after this window will take effect on the following billing cycle.
You can find your next billing date at any time by logging into your account.
After Cancellation
- No further charges will be made once your cancellation is confirmed.
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped before the cancellation request are non-refundable.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email upon successful cancellation.
Pausing Your Subscription
Not ready to cancel? You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Log into your account or contact us at help@stripbright.com to pause your plan without losing your subscription benefits.
